Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone has seen this problem before and knows how to
fix this. First of all, I have 2 drives, one is an internal SSd which
has windows running as well as a fresh copy of ubuntu 24.10 just
installed. The second drive has debian 12 installed which is external.
This is a seegate drive which is 1 TB in size. I had disconnected the
external drive to install ubuntu alongside windows. This went fine. I
am able to boot into either os if I want.
Now here is the problem. After reconnecting the seegate external drive,
it no longer shows up when doing an lsblk. How can I get this to work
so that I can get back to my debian system? I need to get ubuntu to see
it so that it can be mounted to update grub so that it will be seen at
the next boot. Any ideas on what may b going on? I would hate to do
another clean install of debian consitering I have everything going the
way I want. Thanks.
Matthew
