Hmmm, I'm always nervous to use the Orca Preferences to pick TTS,
because it switches immediately, and if there's a problem you have to
remember exactly what you did and undo it.

Instead, I set via AddModule and then DefaultModule in
/etc/speech-dispatcher/speechd.conf.
