I didn't search /opt, it might be in that directory. The problem with Jenux is gnome starts up automatically. If Jenux were like slint you'd log in with speakup or fenrir or speechd-up and be in a real console. If you wanted graphical, you could run startx by itself and bring up graphical and this problem would go away. If the startx command is in /home/.profile the best way to get where slint is on Jenux is to comment it out and make sure speakup or fenrir will come up and stay up once logged in on the console. I'll have to check and find where this is at and see if I can shut off automatic startx running in gnome.
