Are there any other mirrors besides Sourceforge? I'm getting insanely slow download rates (sub 100 kb/s) on a 100 mb/s connection with everything else downloading at rocket speed.

The new version ships the latest Orca 3.32 & friends:
speech-dispatcher 0.9.0
TTS: espeak-ng, mbrola+espeak-ng,flite,RHVoice
Some voices installed by default, more available.

brltty 6.0 and liblouis are included

Also, you can buy Voxin and Voxygen voices for Slint:
Giles Casse just released Voxin-installer 2.O,
compatible with Slint.
