Probably not much. First, you'd need a sighted help to install minix 3. Then according to their website a sighted person would need to install packages from the netbsd collection: ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/README-all.html There are some (rather old) a11y packages in this collection, mostly orca & deps: at-spi*, speech-dispatcher, espeak... But not brltty, and not speakup (obviously, as speakup in a linux driver) so only a desktop will be accessible, I think.
