emacspeak-git went defective on archlinux

[Linux for blind general discussion <blinux-list@xxxxxxxxxx>]

So I got speechd-el up and working.  Not necessarily perfectly, m;aybe 
more drivers are being loaded than are needed for only speech but it works 
well enough to be useable.
