almost got mate running happy

[Linux for blind general discussion <blinux-list@xxxxxxxxxx>]

I hear on espeakup as startx runs required component dock window manager 
missing.  What package might mate or xorg need in this instance?  orca is 
talking although I doesn't automatically come up after login and this orca 
has a few more options in the setup screens too.
