Try hitting alt-tab when that happens and you may need to hit that more

Hi.
Just got an installation question here.
I'm installing ubuntu now.
I've just selected to install ubuntu beside the operating system on
the computer.
Then I can't continue. Just got a blank screen, and an exit push
button somewhere.
Can you help me what can be going on here?
