I suggest making a panic list but first try to install libwebpmux1 and 
add its failures to the panic list.  Keep going down the chain of 
failures until you get to the bottom failed package.  Some of those 
libraries may have to be downloaded built and installed entirely from 
outside the Debian repositories.  You'll have to have debian do a search 
of all repositories for each package to find that out though.
