Hi,
Without the exact error message, it's hard to speculate what the exact
issue might be. Certainly, reportbug seems to have commandline parameters
to deal with a range of email configurations.
If you can't get email to work or can't be bothered trying any further,
you could use the -o switch to reportbug and have it output the report to
a text file which you could then upload to Shellworld and send as normal.
