Voice chat server

Hello

I'm looking simple solution for voip convferenking. Asterisk seems overkill and speak-freely... may it rest in peace.

Server should preferably support open standards, for example SIP. Voice chat is essential, text chat, video and file sharing are nice but not required.

Server should run on Linux platform, clients are needed for Linux, windows and Mac.

I have found SylkServer,
http://www.sylkserver.com
witch looks promising but are there other solutions.

TIA
