Re: How does one determine whether a distro is 32 bits or 64?

As far as I know there's no such thing as a 64-bit Cygwin. It will run on a 64-bit Windows but Cygwin itself is 32-bit.

Without having looked, I'd guess that the FAQ and the user's manual deal with this. ~c Maschmeyer's Fallible Advice Unincorporatable. :-)
