Re: speech dispatcher problems

HI.
I've solved that with the modules finally after hard work.
The only problem that I've got is the dectalk problem I wrote about.
And then, a warning.
Don't use speech dispatcher with ttsynth in orca, orca just crashes, use the gnome speech driver instead.

Finally, a mixer question.
Is there a good sound mixer I can use except the alsa mixer.
It is hard to see what control you change, if it is the volume, mic etc.

Check that you have an AddModule line for whatever other synthesizer you want to use in speechd.conf Check the speech-dispatcher logs to see if that other module loads successfully.
It sounds like it does'nt.
What module are you trying to use?

Hi.

I finally sucseeded in compiling it, but it doesn't matter what I do, I can't change default module from espeak.
ALso, when changing default module in speechd.conf I only get espeak.
What is wrong?
