Hi!
I have solved the problem.
THere was a program called winimage that helped me out.
Rawrite did not work.
Now the problem is to get the usb stick to boot.
BUt that is a hardware issue so i have to get sighted help to get into the bios.

You need something that can write a file to a disk drive as an image. It shall not be unpacked. Some Linux installers come with a dos program called rawrite.exe that can be used to prepare bootable disks or memory sticks so maybe that, or something similar, can be used.

How dows one unpack an .img file correctly onto a usb  stick
I was trying to us winrar  but it seems not to work.
