Ok, here it is

It is a bit outdated, but it might help, I don't know what speech synthesizers are supported by emacspeak these dyas or anything, but I think speech dispatcher should work.

- How do I install emacspeak? (and learn to use it?)
What site should I look at?
- What exactly can it do better than brltty in emacs or orca in emacs?
- Does it work with the x11 version of emacs?
- Does it support braille through brltty?
