Timidity has options for reverb among many other useful things.

man timidity

for more information, as this mail would get mighty big if I put it all
in here.

There is an interface for timidity to open in a window, but it doesn't
speak with orca. Your best bet is to open it in a console/terminal. If
you want to use it to open midi files from Nautilus, you can use the -ix
option I think, but I'll visit that later if needed. I usually just run
it from within a terminal.
