SV: some php problems

You must have php support in apache1 or apache2

Hello!
Ok, thanks for the replay.
Now another thing, php won't work, whenever I try to access a php site
that 
I've put on my computer I just get a dialog box that says that my
computer 
wants to save it as
a plain file instead of opening it.
what is this?
