accessible ubuntu installer

Good afternoon,

I am wanting to dual boot debian and ubuntu so I can try out ubuntu before making a choice on what distro to go for. I was just wondering if the installer is accessible on the livecd. I think you can double click an install icon on your desktop and it takes you through the installation process. Is this accessible with BRLTTY or orca?

Is it very complicated to dual boot two linux distroes?
And then could I add a 3rd os to my system "fedora" so I can try them all out. Then remove the stuff I don't want once I give everything ago?
Thanks.
