Hi,

This sounds like it's the OpenBSD Secure Shell Server. It's a good thing to have unless you're sure you don't want to log in remotely.

I don't know why it takes a whole minute for it to start, it should be fairly quick at starting.

If you really do want to get rid of it, it's in the openssh-server package. But if it really is that which is taking a long time to start then this might be a simptom of a larger problem.
