Hello,
How do I burn the ubuntu cd? Also can accessible audio games be run under
ubuntu for windows using wine? Is there an OCR program for ubuntu so i can
scan and read documents using my scanner to scan printed materials? Will
ubuntu become a popular standard and will people abandon microsoft in favor
of ubuntu?

hello,
1. Yes you can use it form the live CD. After you hear the login sound,
wait a few seconds, press alt f2 wich will open the run dialogue and type
orca. Orca is the screen reader that runs with the gnome desktop, which is
what ubuntu runs on. For more information about Orca, visit
http://live.gnome.org/Orca. As for wireless headphones it depends on what
the connection is. Mine did work, although I had a standard head phone
plug that lead to a wireless receiver. The router most likely not,
although I do know of some people who have gotten wireless internet out of
the box with ubuntu, and they were ones running intel pro 2200 wireless
cards.

Hi,
If I get Linux I would like to use ubuntu. My questions are:
1. will ubuntu linux work with my wireless router and logitech USB
headphones?
2. can I try it bu running it off the cd and not installing it?
3. if so, how do I start the screen reader and what screen readers and
voices does it come with?
