Pricing of Dectalk 5.0

I'm looking at getting either TTSynth (formerly Viavoice) or Dectalk, as I 
like both. I'm using Ubuntu with Orca right now, but may use TTSynth with 
speakup at some point, as I don't have a hardware synthesizer.

I can't seem to find pricing on the dectalk software. Does anyone know if 
it's comparable to TTSynth ($42)?
