I don't know that there is anything to use Dectalk for with linux. I heard
someone demonstrate Festival and it isn't that great. I heard none of the
free stuff is that good.

and I have also heard that ATNT natural voices. has any one ever used it.
talking about dectalk, well, if it is good and 50$ per single license,
