Well yes, I suppose I should have noted that I have not used ip-relay
myself.

It would be interesting to find out whether its javascript works with
links (the chain). More recent versions of this browser function very
much like lynx (the cat),  including the numbering of hyperlinks.  I've
had some good success with it, and I know there are some blind Linux
users who now prefer it.

Should we try an expiriment? Send me a TTY number privately, and I'll
try calling you over the ip-relay.
