How do you use the plugin option and where is it used in a .fet chmailrc
file? I want to have ssh do the connecting for my e-mail downloads but
what was written on the fetchmaill man page for the syntax wasn't very
helpful. From what I did take away from that, maybe something like:
plugin ssh e-mail address, password <cr> might work but why put %h %p in
that language unless those were supposed to illustrate place-holder
variables?
