There are multiple versions of eci.h. I put them here:

For programming TTS speech with viavoice, I found that the later versions had problems
with the synchronization of the speech engine. This caused the synthesis to be stopped
before the speech was complete. I initially assumed that the latest version would be best,
but actually I got best results with the oldest one (Outloud_sdk-5.0-1.0). The other two
had the synchronization problem, this one didn't.
