okay, here it is:
extentions.conf:
[local]
exten => s,1,Dial(${CONSOLE},30)
include => iaxtel

[iaxtel]
exten =>
_1700NXXXXXX,1,Dial(IAX2/${IAXTELINFO}@iaxtel.com/${EXTEN}@iaxtel)
exten =>
_1888NXXXXXX,1,Dial(IAX2/${IAXTELINFO}@iaxtel.com/${EXTEN}@iaxtel)
exten =>
_1877NXXXXXX,1,Dial(IAX2/${IAXTELINFO}@iaxtel.com/${EXTEN}@iaxtel)
exten =>
_1866NXXXXXX,1,Dial(IAX2/${IAXTELINFO}@iaxtel.com/${EXTEN}@iaxtel)
exten =>
_1800NXXXXXX,1,Dial(IAX2/${IAXTELINFO}@iaxtel.com/${EXTEN}@iaxtel)
exten => _31800.,1,Dial(IAX2/${IAXTELINFO}@iaxtel.com/${EXTEN}@iaxtel)

now define in [globals]
IAXTELINFO=username:password

in iaxconf set:
outcommand all iaxtel-stuff that's already in the sample conf
and put this line in:
register => username:password@xxxxxxxxxx

that should do it.
don't forget to register on www.iaxtel.com

dialing fwd number goes by: 17009-xxxxxx or 170099-xxxxx
form fwd you cna be dial by dialing *1700-xxxxxxx (your iaxtel-number).

Here's what I have in sip.conf
register => username:password@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
and:
[fwd.pulver.com]
type=friend
secret=fwd passwd
username=fwd number
host=fwd.pulver.com

however this gives a registeration-timeout on the registeraion-line form
behind a NAT-fw.

if you get this fixedx, please try this first so not to overload the
iaxtel.com service which is mostly used for development-purposes.

have fun.
