rsync question

What would the rsync command be to rsync FC2-i386-disc3.iso and 
FC2-i386-disc4.iso from the ftp.linux-speakup.org site?  Even after having 
read the man page all I'm coming up with are errors but I used the -n 
option to make it do a dry run.
