Most DAISY CD's contain mp3 files.  However, they usually consist of more
than just one file.  You will want to use a full fledged DAISY player
to actually play DAISY CD's.  Note that listen-up is a free
project which can play DAISY CD's.  I originally wanted to
add the time stretching/compressing capabilities to listen-up
directly, but the Audio library which is used (OSALP) does
not allow this as far as I can see.  So I started to write
this command-line tool, so that it could later be reused by other
programs, such as Emacspeak, to play DAISY content.

Yes, currently only for mp3's.  Support for Ogg is planned, but not written
yet.  I have to implement seeking first, to make it sort of complete
in itself.
