I'm not sure of the apt syntax, but I can't quite convince myself that apt get brltty is that much easier or harder than up2date brltty up2date does require configuration. Yum doesn't, but yum update brltty is about three keystrokes longer which should incur the wrath of the Arthritis Association... If apt will handle both rpms ad debs and up2date and yum won't, then apt is certainly the winner.
