Yes. As usual there is suse-blinux on the distro.

Yes, I use it.

The distro is easy to install. Some braille devices are recogniced 
automaticly during installation witch makes it possible, that blind 
users can setup the system by their own. If the bralle device is not 
recognized, you can install the screenreader after the systemsetup has
