I think cdrecord has a config-file, not sure.
otherwise simply make this script:

#!/bin/bash
cdrecord <options> $*

This will start cdrecord with all your options the same every time and
adds all command-line argumnets as well.
So you could simply type:
cdrec.sh <iso-file>
to let it work.
