That's a very big project. Karl Dahlke has done part of thiis. Links has 
also implemented some parts. I hope Karl reads this and responds.

What i'm looking for is something that is more byte-sized for an 
individual, like the Grade 2 translator that I did for brltty a couple of 
years ago.
