I had read mentions of pine macros on comp.mail.pine a long time ago and
went looking for them on the web using google.  What I found would work if
following the (-I) command line switch on the command line since commands
when more than one happens are separated by (,) characters, but no mention
was made about the other information I requested on those web pages.  How
to store; invoke, and where macros are saved.
