I believe this was (or is) known as the Frank Audiodata Braille-line in the UK, though I don't know if it was/is available in the US etc.

No braille display by that name is currently supported under Linux. Is it
possible that it's known by another name which might be more familiar to us?

Do you have any information about the protocol which it uses to communicate
with the PC? If you do, we should be able to implement a drivedr for it.
