I got the following error when running Lynx on a Slackware 9 install:- Linux 2.4.20. The error reads:- Inconsistency detected by ld.so: ../sysdeps/i386/dl-machine.h: 611: elf_machine_rel_relative: Assertion `((reloc->r_info) & 0xff) == 8' failed! It prevent me running the Lynx, so what is it and what can or should I do about it?
