Go to http://www.freshmeat.net and you can search there for just about any program you are after. Try CD record, or CD burn, and I think you will find many to choose from.
I don't want to sound like I am flaming you, but please try and do a bit of reading and searching.
One programme that is good on the command line is the cdrtools suite of programmes. It is easy to find.
