Hi Listers. Just wanted to let you know that we recently discovered that the version of eflite in Debian was accidentally linked with the 8bit voice of Festival Lite, instead of the better sounding, 16bit version of the same voice. I've corrected this problem now, and uploaded a new version of eflite (0.3.5-2) into Debian Unstable (sid). For sid users, it should reach you in the next days.
