The ftp address is somewhat different.

Open an anonymous ftp session to:

	linux-speakup.org

Then, cd to:

	pub/speakup/disks/redhat

Now, you should still use a user agent that supports resuming an
aborted download. CuteFTP for Windows will do this, and so will
ncftp. You can get the latter at:

	www.ncftp.org
