Though why you would want to pay 1,000 Euros for it is beyond me
when Speakup and Emacspeak are free.

Seems someone is happy to take, but unwilling to give. This
product is not GPL.

To my mind, it's just Windows thinking on Linux. No wonder you
don't hear it discussed here.
