the dosamp player may do it. i know it plays mp3s. you should go to a big download site and see what they have in dos. try the simtel.net archive. linux is working well for me, but go with what works for you. I got a usable pentium machine off ebay for $25 plus shipping. Got a smart kid to set up linux for me. it rocks. But i liked dos too when i used it.
