You've probably already installed cdrecord as part of your Redhat 
installation. That should take care of you very nicely. If, however, this 
is an ide drive, you'll need to use the ide to scsi emmulator which you 
can do by adding it in an append statement to your kernel in lilo.conf 
like this:

append = "/dev/hdc=ide-scsi"

cdrecord will burn a cd rom for you. But, you will also need to use 
mkisofs to create the iso image that cdrecord will use. This, too, is 
already installed, I would expect. Try the man pages for each of these.
