management shake up they may have had but there seems to be no evidence
of this out in the field.  further to your issue.  I too have seen
individual cases with almost every company out there where someone had
problems of one kind or another.

Be very careful about any dealings with Freedom Scientific. They
recently had a management shakeup, but they are known for sharp business
practices and insensitivity to their customers. I should know. They
refused to honor a service contract, and then they wouldn't return the
money I paid for the contract.
