radio and tv tuner cards

I have an ATI USB TV tuner which I use in Windows. The software is
extremely inaccessible with JFW, SuperNova and WinEyes. About the only
features which are usable are the volume and changing channels. The
last time I looked for Linux drivers for this device they didn't exist.
When I contacted them, ATI wasn't at all helpful so don't think I'd
recommend this one.

Subject: radio and tv tuner cards

Is there any good TV/radio tuner card
that I can use in linux? Does the winTV stuff work? If anyone has used a
winTV in the other M OS, how is the software as far as working with
wineyes? I want a linux-compatible one so that if the software that
comes with isn't that friendly, I can use linux and cron to record with
it probably.
