Unfortunately there seems to have been quite a few network
connectivity issues for folks specially outside of the US. Module key
signing seems to have been one of the few agenda items that requires a
bit more review from different Linux distribution folks. This will be
particularly important for Fedora 18 which at least at Plumbers was
said that they'd embrace module signing for that release.
