AGL testing runs for Quillback M2 and Pike 16.0.3

Hello everyone,

Audio works locally and over bluetooth

Bluetooth, wifi and ethernet are working.

HVAC, Dashboard, Radio and Navigation apps are also working

Camera app does not seem to work with UVC devices.

Known issues:

SPEC-4418 - raspberrypi4 missing HDMI audio sink in wireplumber

SPEC-4515 - Album art not displaying on platforms other than rcar3

SPEC-4694 - No audio output from onboard radio on h3ulcb-kf

SPEC-4791 - Radio playback changes media player output behavior

Additional test runs were done with the Flutter and CEF images

HVAC app starts but does not seem to register touch events on buttons

Mixer app starts but does not control volume when playing a video from youtube or over bluetooth.

Fixed issues:

SPEC-4880 - [HTML5-CEF] Aquarium reports WebGL is not enabled - Now aquarium runs but without 3D acceleration everywhere.

SPEC-4900 - [HTML5-CEF] raspberrypi4 and qemux86_64 images broken

Pike 16.0.3 CEF images were rebuilt and retested as well

Known issues:

SPEC-4880 - [HTML5-CEF] Aquarium reports WebGL is not enabled

Fixed issues:

SPEC-4900 - [HTML5-CEF] raspberrypi4 and qemux86_64 images broken due to missing xz dependency
