AGL testing run for Pike 16.0.3

Hello everyone,

Audio works locally and over bluetooth

Bluetooth, wifi and ethernet are working.

HVAC, Dashboard, Radio and Navigation apps are also working

Known issues:

SPEC-4418 - raspberrypi4 missing HDMI audio sink in wireplumber

SPEC-4515 - Album art not displaying on platforms other than rcar3

SPEC-4694 - No audio output from onboard radio on h3ulcb-kf

SPEC-4791 - Radio playback changes media player output behavior

Additional test runs were done with the Flutter and CEF images

Flutter: 

Mediaplayer HVAC and Dashboard apps are working

HTML5:

Examples, Youtube and Jitsi apps are starting

Known issues:

SPEC-4871 - [HTML5-CEF] builds fail with missing wayland-scanner

SPEC-4880 - [HTML5-CEF] Aquarium reports WebGL is not enabled

SPEC-4900 - [HTML5-CEF] raspberrypi4 and qemux86_64 images broken - affects only raspberrypi4, qemux86-64 is okay
