AGL testing runs for Lamprey 12.1.16 and Quillback M1

Hello everyone,

No new regressions

Bluetooth, wifi and ethernet are working.

Audio works locally and over bluetooth.

HVAC, Dashboard, Radio and Navigation apps are also working.

Known issues:

SPEC-4418 - raspberrypi4 missing HDMI audio sink in wireplumber

SPEC-4515 - Album art not displaying on platforms other than rcar3

SPEC-4694 - No audio output from onboard radio on h3ulcb-kf

SPEC-4791 - Radio playback changes media player output behavior

Additional test runs were done with the Flutter images

Flutter images now run on the rpi4-4GB model and up2 as well. 

m3ulcb still crashes for out of memory

Overall summary - working, no regressions

Audio works locally and over bluetooth
