This work will begin soon, so I have put Jenkins into quiet mode to 
prevent CI jobs from starting before the maintenance window.

What: The Linux Foundation will performing maintenance on AGL infrastructure

When: Saturday, Oct 28, 2023 @ 17:00 to 20:00 UTC

Why: System updates are available.

Impact: The AGL infrastructure will be intermittently unavailable during
the maintenance window while systems are upgraded and rebooted.
Continuous integration jobs will be prevented from running during the
window by placing Jenkins in quiet-mode.

A version upgrade of Gerrit from 3.5.1 to 3.7.2 will be applied.

Jenkins, Gerrit, Confluence, PRServ, artifact downloads,
Fossology, and Lava will be impacted by this maintenance.

Notices will be posted here and on https://status.linuxfoundation.org/
before and after the maintenance.
