AGL testing run for master branch

Hello everyone,

Audio works locally and over bluetooth

Bluetooth, wifi and ethernet are working.

HVAC, Dashboard, Radio and Navigation apps are also working

Known issues:

SPEC-4418 - raspberrypi4 missing HDMI audio sink in wireplumber

SPEC-4515 - Album art not displaying on platforms other than rcar3

SPEC-4694 - No audio output from onboard radio on h3ulcb-kf

SPEC-4791 - Radio playback changes media player output behavior

Fixed issues:

SPEC-4903 - Flutter homescreen volume control not working

Additional test runs were done with the Flutter, HTML5 and HTML5CEF images

Flutter: 

Mediaplayer HVAC and Dashboard apps are working

HTML5:

Examples, Youtube and Jitsi apps are starting

SPEC-4798 - Unresponsive WebAppMgr UI on m3ulcb - was not observed

Known issues:

SPEC-4792 - Aquarium app renders upside down on upsquared and raspberry pi 4

HTML5 CEF:
SPEC-4900 - [HTML5-CEF] raspberrypi4 and qemux86_64 images broken - rebuilt images on Debian Bullseye, have not checked if this week has issues on Bookworm
