Optimistic Octopus v15.0.4 patch release

Hi !

A patch release (v15.0.4) is available now on the 'octopus' branch.

Everyone using the Optimistic Octopus release should update to this release.

Notable changes:

* Update to The Yocto Project v4.0.11
* BSP updates (Freescale, Renesas, TI)
* meta-clang update
* meta-virtualization update
* Workaround for UNINATIVE_VERSION 4.0
